Congratulations to Bob “The Builder” Cosway for taking down Event 3 on Sunday morning! This was Bob’s fourth Syndicate victory, and he had to wait until 2:15 in the morning to claim it, when the final two players, Bob and John Borges, got it all in at the 1,000,000/2,000,000 level. The fact that they were all in with T6s vs. 74o tells you all you need to know about that final level!
Anthony finished in 3rd place, earning his first points of the season. Susan F. and Jack followed in 4th and 5th, respectively, also picking up their first points of the season. And the Wizard, with his second final-table appearance of the season, came in 6th to round out our money winners.

The Leaderboard:
With a runner-up finish to go along with his 4th-place finish in Event 2, John Borges has joined Mary Anne at the top of the leaderboard. Just behind them is Greg F., the winner of Event 2, followed by Jon Towers and Bob, who are tied for 4th place.
After that, things are pretty wide open, with so many players having only one score so far.
Next Up
Our next event is Saturday, October 10th at 3:15 pm. This will be a Major deep stack tourney with a 50k starting stack with blinds beginning at 100/200/200.
