Congratulations to Gonzalo on not only his second Syndicate victory, but his second win of the season. Gonzalo survived a huge scare five-handed when he called an all-in from John Borges, who had him slightly covered. John tabled AJ, while Gonzalo revealed A3. But a 3 landed on the flop and that double up ultimately propelled Gonzalo to the win.
In 2nd place, with his second runners up finish this season, was Farid.
Greg B came in 3rd place (and outlasted Lena by about seven hourse!) This was Greg’s best result in the four Syndicate events that he’s played.
In 5th place was TK, with his fifth final table finish of the season.
Rounding out the money winners was Matt G, with yet another strong final table finish.

The Leaderboard With four events remaining, we can confidently project that the Syndicate will be sending FOUR winners to the Main Event this summer.
While it won’t be officially official until we confirm attendance for the final event, we are currently exceeding the threshold needed to fund a fourth $10,000 seat.
Three Main Event seats are now guaranteed. The fourth seat will be awarded at our Final Bonus Tournament on May 3rd.
Currently, the players “in the blue” are Scott N, Matt G, and Tom L.
Right behind them, “in the green,” are Robert, Gonzalo, TK, Keithy, Alan, Susan M, and Farid.
The number of guaranteed $1,500 seats could still change as we move closer to the end of the season, but this reflects the current pace we’re on. With four events left, there’s still plenty of time for anyone on the leaderboard to make their move – and plenty to play for.
Next Up Our next event is Saturday, February 28th at 3:15 pm. This will be a re-entry event with a 30k starting stack.
